I once got so sick of it that when I saw the enemy pick Rumble and I was supposed to go top, I picked Taric, used Armor of the Fifth Age, and bound the /joke emote to my mouse. Didn't know if he had the skin, but I was willing to bet he did. Of course, I was right. I had to put up with Rumble's obnoxious ability sfx-spam, but he had to put up with "Gems. Gems are truly outrageous. They are truly, truly, TRULY... Outrageous." ALL. GAME. LONG. Laning actually went pretty well, and my team eventually won. I'd like to think my psychological warfare had some effect on the outcome. :]

I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks SGR needs to put a sock in it. Every time he takes a step he says something, every ability has like 6 different phrases, which he says every single time. None of the other legendary skins do that to my knowledge, no reason for rumble to have the overwhelming urge to say something whenever anything happens in the game.
