Sword Of The Frozen Abyss

Passive: (subject) does not have a mana bar or energy bar, instead upon attacking enemy champions of minions, it will leave 1 stack of frost, max of 6, every stack of frost causes -5% of movement speed, upon reaching 6 stacks the target burst frost and is rooted for .75 seconds, stacks will last for 6 seconds or 3 seconds after the final stack has been applied

Q - SnowDrift (SUBJECT) throws snow in a cone infront of her dealing 40/55/70/95/110 +60% of ability power) and slowing for 30% for .5 seconds, applies 1 stack of frost. if detonates frost on champions, will create an AOE slowing for 50% for 2.5 seconds, and dealing a bonus 20/40/50/60/70 + 20% of ability power as damage

W - SnowDecoy (subject) will instantly turn invisable for .5seconds and dash backwards and gain 30% movement speed for .6 seconds also leaving a frost covered version of herself in her last position.

E - Gust/Updraft

(SUBJECT) dashes forwards slowing targets passed through for 20% and dealing 65/70/75/85/100 +40% of ability power, at the end of the dash (SUBJECT) will slash upwards knocking up enemies in front for .5 seconds and dealing 70/80/90/110/125 +60% of ability power

R - winters Bite/ Frostbite

After a short channel (subject) explodes with an aoe rooting all enemies inside with at least 1 stack of frost for 1.5 seconds and dealing 110/170/250 + 70% of ablity power if the last stack of frost is triggered by this ability target is stunned for 2 seconds instead
