The skin concept you picked here is cool and well made, but Gnar shouldn't be a Project.
Project has these Ghost in the Shell vibes to it, it is an dystopian world with humans upgrading themselves to cyborgs. And I would like to keep this fantasy, Projects are humans who became cyborgs. Everything that isn't human looking can be put in the Program skin line, which are complete robots and therefore can look like any creature you want them to.
