Chroma Packs

I agree. It shouldn't take that much effort to paint over the outfit of the champion in their splash art.

It's not like they have to make a new splash art.

I am interested in buying the dragon slayer vayne chroma pack but i can't see it in the store. When I play dragon slayer vayne I see the options for the chroma pack, and I see people with it. Is there a bug or something? Did i miss the boat on a limited availability thing?
