Banned With no Season rewardS

So basically It looks like riot is trying to have a reformed = improving reward system but if you get banned once your screwed. So in my situation i have a few thousand games played and i recently came of my first chat restrict for 14 days because randomly i guess people decided that my toxicity was worse then its always been (when we all know the system is random af). I mean you literally can't play a game without seeing toxicity. Anyways shortly after i got off restrict over the course of few games of Non meta support picks in normal and trying to defend myself i found my self in a 14 day ban. Not the hundred of game chat bans other people get and continue to be toxic and still dont get banned. Anyways basically i might not be qualified for ranked rewards now even if i receive no further punishments over the course of the season ( which i plan to do i mean its worked for 1000's of games so far) and i find that highly messed up. In a reform equals rewards system thats super random i would hope they choose to make it players then never get banned more than once.
