I think that it would help people learn the champion more, and also would help with Bug Spotting/Fixing as more people are playing them. Anyone else Agree? Please write your thoughts in the comments. (By discount I mean one price tier down, E.G. 6300 - 4800 for one week or whatever)
Never going to happen because:
Reworked champs are a source of income as they make people buy that champ either with RP or IP.
Discounting a reworked champ means even more people will play that champ, which is not exactly a good thing considering the champ in question will already be overplayed.
Number one says it all really.
Reworked/New champions are already over-played on release. I purposefully avoid League of Legends the first two days of releases. The learning curve of those spammed champs is a pain and I don't enjoy having people "First time" in ranked :P
Cause Yorick is so much sitting at 4800 / 880 XDDD
I would actually consider increasing their price, since the rework took time and ressources and to discourage spamming the newly reworked champion in game.
