So I'm Bronze 1 and I was looking at this Graph: http://imgur.com/a/XviEB Basically it says the avg cs per min in each League. Well I compared that to the CS of my last four games at that exact same time, and I noticed something, I had a higher CS than the avg Challenger Player. Is this outdated, or am I just reading it wrong, because there is NO WAY that is true... There are a lot of questions that come up, because two hundred CS at 33 minutes is not really challenger level. Does the average include jungle and support roles, which have significantly lower CS numbers? Also, was the bot lane you were facing letting you free farm? Additionally, farm is a good indication of skill, but if your farm is amazing, but your positioning and decision making in team fights isn't as good, this can really hold you back.

Also, you have my sympathy, cuz climbing out of bronze can be a nightmare between the trolls and feeders.

average cs at 10 minutes is 60, their chart says 16 minutes is 75 cs, not accurate, at all.
