Where are the Viktor skins

Seriously, the last skin we got for was awhile ago. That glorious skin was called the Creator Viktor (which is amazing, I bought it). But does that mean he wont get any new skins? I know there aren't many ideas floating around the forums for him, but he is a great champ to play and has a very unique design. That love for him seems to have died off, but I think a new skin will improve on the play rate of Vik. I would love to face another Viktor in-game, it just happens so rarely. So to whomever can get this done @Riot will be loved so very much by those of us that enjoy this glorious creation.

P.S. A Arcade/Final Boss skin would be down right amazing
