Steam Green Light for League

I think there should be a poll at the end of every or every other month of community created skin & champion ideas. The idea of the poll is to show Riot that these skins would be bought by many people of the community.

The poll will be great for champions that haven't had a skin in awhile. It would keeps skins out such as Blood Moon Zilian (I wanted something better) and the new Ziggs. I'm not saying the skins are bad, I'm saying they could and need to be better. Those are skins that hardly anyone would buy. They need to good enough that someone would actually buy a skin. I will never buy that Zilian skin for one reason. It wasn't what I wanted and not what Zilian deserves.

That could be avoided if people could vote on a skin and not just up vote a forum board that could include multiple skin ideas. I also feel that none of the community is shown any recognition by Riot on any of their champion Ideas, even though those champion ideas are so dang amazing. The champions that you see on the forum boards add amazing and simple game mechanics and adds new counter play. Making the game even more fun.

What I want pretty much is a Steam Green Light for League. One section for skins and another for champion ideas. There could be a "Would Buy" and "Want to see in game" and a " Dont add to LoL". Effectively pulling the weeds from the wheat.
