Hello summoners, welcome to what I do when I'm really bored.
Concept: a light based hero, with a lens on the end of a large staff. P- after landing an ability, X gains a charge. Upon gaining 4 charges, X's next ability will stun the target and create an area that deals damage to enemies inside it. Q- Point and click spell that applies an ignite-like effect and blinds target enemy unit. W- Illuminates target area on the map. Also, passively increases stun duration caused by X. E- Creates a lane where a beam of light shines down from one end. It speeds up allies moving away from the light, and stuns enemies moving towards the light. R- Global stun
Concept: a Spirit fire champion, made entirely of blue yellow and purple fire P- Y builds up charges over time, maxing at 5/6/7/8 charges.. Whenever Y kills an enemy champion or epic monster, Y spawns small minions equal to the number of charges stored, consuming the stacks. Q- Point and click spell that heals target ally and Y, and also gives Y a charge. W- Releases fire from around Y, dealing AOE damage. E- Skill shot that applies a burn effect on the target R- Consumes all charges Y has and gaining AP and mana regeneration for each stack consumed.
