Bird concept champion

I'm coming back to this champion concept of Birdee (which I am really beginning to hate the more I look at his design.) I looked at his ult and decided to draw influence off of a desert bandit design. I'm naming him Fabus for now, because I can't come up with a good name if my life depended on it. Fabus is a skinny, almost malnourished desert thief that wields a knife and a small flask of water at his side.

P- Poison the fountain- Fabus's basic attacks apply a debuff that decreases health and mana regeneration by 10% and that stacks up to 3 times. Q- Betray- Fabus stabs his target, draining health from the enemy and slowing them for a short duration. W- Stolen goods- Fabus jumps towards the enemy, stabbing their backs and jumping off (similar to Quinn's Vault.) Fabus will land carrying a bottle in his hand. He can give the bottle either to an ally or himself. Whomever he gives the bottle to will be granted health and mana, equivalent to how much a corrupting potion regenerates. E- Blowdarts- Fabus shoots out a line of three crippling blowdarts, that each apply a slow and blind. Blowdarts is a skillshot. R- Circleof Vultures- Fabus marks an enemy champion for death with his vultures. His vultures will circle that enemy for 6/7/8 seconds, amplifying all damage dealt to that champion during the circle. If the enemy champion dies while the circle is active, The vulture comes down and eat the champion, granting all allies near the enemy carcass a movement speed buff for 5 seconds.

Alternitively, I came up with another kit.

P- Circle in- Fabus will occasionally mark enemy for his vultures, similar to harrier marks. If that marked target is killed by an allied champion, that champion will gain some health and mana. Q- Magnum Surprise- Fabus pulls out a gun and shoot target enemy unit. W- Take a drink- Fabus drinks from the flask by his side, granting him health and movement speed. E- Moneyload- After a short channel, where Fabus is seen digging, Fabus pulls out a bag of supplies, where it works similarly to a bard shrine, although it provides gold and health, but it cannot be picked up by Fabus for the first 2 seconds of its life. R- Poisoned dagger- Fabus stabs an enemy champion, dealing damage and stopping all health and mana regeneration on that target for 2.5/3.7/5 seconds.

If you like either kit, comment below, and please don't go to that Birdee concept (I didn't link it for a reason.) Say which one's better, because while league has some shadowy thief characters, I like Fabus. Also, give me a better name for him.
