Melee champion: assassin.

Festering blades (passive): your basic attacks against enemies, who are showing you their backs, will cause them to suffer 20/25/30/35/40/45/50/55/60 (0.3 AP) magic damage over 8 sec. Stack up to 3 times. Any additional application will refresh this damage over time effect.

Shadow stalker (q): become invisible for 4 sec. Next basic attack, while you remain invisible, will inflict fear to all nearby enemies, except your basic attack target. Fear will last for 1/ 1.2/ 1.4/ 1.6/ 1.8 sec. Usable only when no enemy champion have vision on you. If you use this ability while enemy have a ward nearby and that ward is revealing you, instead of becoming invisible, you will reveal that ward for 5 sec. (range of fear: 320) (cooldown: 20 sec) (mana cost: 50/55/60/65/70)

Plague jumper (w): jump to an enemy target and infect it, causing your target to suffer 80/105/130/155/180 (0.65 AP) magic damage over 6 sec. If enemy already have a damage over time effect on him, then cooldown of this ability will be 50% shorter. (range: 500) (cooldown: 14 sec) (mana cost: 45/51/57/63/69)

Toxic assassination (e): become immobilize until you reactivate this ability. After short delay (1.25 sec) you can reactivate this ability to dash towards your cursor, stopping at fist enemy you encounter. That enemy will be poisoned and suffer 80/110/140/170/200 (0.4 AP) magic damage over 9 sec. If you hit enemy into his back, then that enemy will get two stacks of this poison applied to him. You can't dash through terrain. (range: 740) (cooldown: 18 sec) (mana cost: 80/84/88/92/96)

Lethal Toxins (R): your next 3 basic attacks within 5 sec will inflect you target, causing him to suffer 10/15/20% (1% for 50 AP) his max health as magic damage over 14 sec. This poison does not stack, but when you try to reapply it, then your will steal 90/120/150 (0.35 AP) health from your target and heal yourself for same amount. (cooldown: 90/80/70 sec) (mana cost: 100/90/80)

Poison meter: when you put enough damage over time effects on an enemy to kill him, then he will start glowing green.

Lore: a necromantic ritual was made and several wizards tried to bring back the strongest ancient wizard to life. These wizards were sure, that they will succeed. They collected remains of ancient wizard, but several other bones got mixed in with remains, so when ritual was performed, other being was resurrected instead of ancient wizard. This being killed his resurrectors, wrapped himself in their flesh and started roaming Valoran, assassinating wizards, mages and other people with strong magic powers. No one really knows who this creatures is, because he hides his face and always vanishes in the shadows without a trace.

very cool design, but the idea of an assassin that does most of his dmg in DoT seems counter intuitive a bit, more like a fighter. maybe shorten the duration and increase the damage per second? that way the output stays the same but more fitting an assassin. just an idea

Sorry my comment is just a slew of thoughts... heh

ranged or melee? (oh... just clicked on the pic.... jk... heh...) PLAGUE JUMPER WOULD LOOK AWESOME WOH I really like the idea... tons of DoT on this dude, might need to exchange some for some immediate damage... I guess teemo is mostly DoT, but he still has initial damage.

What is his ult cooldown?... wait... there isn't any cooldown :l might need to scale that down a bit... So I'm guessing you're imagining a tanky ap atk speed build...? also, could you pair his q and his w? like, q until he presses w...? that'd be nuts and crazyyyy x3 maybe to balance things out, if you do that combo then you induce fear... my only negative thing is that the cooldowns are mighty long, even Jax's leap starts at 10 seconds and scales to have 1 second less of a cooldown every level. Yea... so idk, those are my thoughts, really crazy champ and I really like the idea :D

IMO this is a kit where true damage is actually applicable.

Review of CCOS

Very interesting way to put an assassin, if i may say. Nothing too special about it, but the way everything works together looks very decent and well thought out, even if helped by other people, who commented on your concept, as it seems. Yet, i am not sure how it would actually work with items on your team mates. I assume you would want to go behind an enemy, to proc passive as many times as you can, because it looks like a major damage source, because being and AP champion, basic attacks wouldn't do significant damage otherwise. So, keeping that in mind, i assume your bread and butter would be Q, because it gives instant long stealth. But, aside from longer AOE fear, it doesn't add much to the table, so while it is the most important ability in your kit, ranking it up the last might be a best course of action, because while it allows you to gank better, it doesn't add anything more aside from that. AOE fear to all nearby enemies, except your target, would be so glorious, as you can either sneak up on enemy and start attacking him or attack nearby minion and put that enemy into fear. While it mainly have only these two uses, gameplay would be awesome, because, depending on situation, you can use this ability differently, making all kinds of different combo. Moving on, i am not sure about the need of two mobility spells: W and E. Each of them have unique and different feel to them, each with its own combinations and interactions with the rest of your kit, but it might be too good. W is good for engages and chasing fleeing enemies, while W could be also used like that +it can be used as assassination tool, because it have potential to deal so serious damage. By the way, immobilization duration on E might be too long for an assassin, because you would want to be as mobile as possible, but having a dash after that might fix it. Generally i like they way W and E works, but i have to say, having two mobility spells might be too much. It went from good, to great, to average, because R isn't anything special. Another DOT, which also could steal some health or you can apply it to multiple people, but don't steal health. I was hoping for something more exciting, something more flashy, as you already have tons of DOTs in the kit. It fits the theme, it fits the champion's gameplay, but it feels too lackluster. Ultimate should be the most impressive ability in the kit, but yours doesn't deliver it. Just my thoughts, though.
