New Ap support concept(so far it doesn't have a name)

Passive: when near a portal gains bonus armor and magic resist also every third basic attack slows Q: sends out a skill shot that deals damage in a line and then becomes a portal slowing and stunning all enemies caught in it after a delay. Enemies can't use any movement abilities while in this area. W: creates a barrier like portal that refracts enemy skill shots but makes triplicates Ally skill shots. Also teleports allied champions a short distance when they walk through the portal. E: creates a zone that doubles passive shield and applies shield to allies in the zone as well. Any skill shot will be absorbed and a percentage of the damage absorbed will be dealt in an area slightly bigger than the original portal. This has a base damage upon detonation reactivate to detonate early. R: place 2 large portals down and swap units in the portals area of effect (anything inside portal 1 will go to portal 2 and vise versa)

Character is average human size with a lucid blue color his hands are going through portals that are always at his elbows you can see a faint silhouette of his forearms, they are transparent. His torso is covered in a blue,black,and purple design vest he had very athletic build body type and his hair is medium length and is also a midnight blue color slicked back with one strand of hair always hanging in front of his electric blue eyes. He has a slightly male model face shape with a little mountain man ruggedness mixed in there just enough to show he means business but he's gonna look good doing it. His pants are purple with areas that fade to black. His basic attacks little portals when he throws them and when they hit they make a poof effect and then dissipate in a firework style on the way to the ground. The third basic attack effect latches a small portal over the enemies head and then pulses briefly for a few seconds then Disappears when the slow wears off. Recall animation is he levitates, spawns a portal in front of him behind him left of him right of him and above and below him. He jumps into the left one which brings him out of the top on then he swims into the right one and comes out of the front one popping up from the bottoms and then back flips into the back one and then Spawns at base with a portal under him. Skin idea: pool party, dark star, arc light, or cosmic Reaver. PS. please leave name suggestions and please up vote so riot can see this i really appreciate it.
