The store problem on release dates

Every time riot releases a new set of skins everyone rushes to get them, but riot's store cant handle all of the purchases and so they shut it off for some if not all potential buyers. This isn't the first time this has happened and I know of other people that this bothers. I'd suggest to riot to take care of this problem before releasing an abundance of new skins.
