[Champion Concept] Jacob, The Quiver of Justice

Lore: As a young child, jacob grew up in Demacia with his Parents who at the time have heavily invested their time into the Demacian Military. In his spare time Jacob would practice archery with his bow. When he was fourteen, his parents were killed in battle. He was forced to live with his Uncle, whom lived in Piltover. During his time with his uncle he traveled to many places as a merchant. When he was seventeen, his Uncle was captured and forced into horrendous experiments, in which he had died from several weeks later. Frustrated and Angered that he was helpless to stop it from happening he vowed to protect helpless men and woman from becoming part of any further experiments. Becoming a Vigilante, he saved many people from suffering in Zaun and Piltover alike. By the time he was Twenty-one, he had saved several hundred people from being victims. Though local officers including Caitlyn and Vi did not accept his methods, they did however agree he was a powerful ally. When he was Twenty-three, caitlyn offered him a position in the Piltover Police Force. He politely declined and told her that he preferred to work alone. Caitlyn, though he had declined, had her parents create special Arrows and a New bow for Jacob. To this day he travels around Valoran protecting those in need.

Jacob is heavily based off of popular Comic book characters like Green Arrow and Hawkeye. He would obliviously be a Marksman based Champion with moderate to long range capabilities.

Jacob wears a Black hood, Grey leather clothing, a black Sash, black pants and boots. He wields a specially made Compound bow and a Quiver with multiple trick arrows.

His stats would be similar to caitlyn in movement speed and attack with a bit more health and armor, but less attack speed.

Skills Trick Shot: Every Third Spell Jacob Casts, gives a bonus effect or changes his next Ability. While Trick Shot is ready, his attack Damage is increased by 10%

Q| Shrapnel Arrow: Jacob Shoots an arrow skillshot that explodes on contact (300 unit diameter explosion) with the first enemy it hits or if it hits its max distance. Enemies hit by the initial blast take moderate damage and are slowed by 20-40% (depending on level of ability). Enemies entering the Area after the initial blast will only be slowed. 15-25 second Cooldown. 700 unit Range. High Mana Cost

[Trick Shot] Frigid Arrow: Instead of slowing on Initial Blast, the ability will Freeze enemies. it will slow enemies who enter the area after the blast. Frozen enemies will take 5% more damage from all physical sources. (think of a much much shorter Ash ult that hits none-champion enemies)

W| Tracer Arrow: Jacob Shoots an arrow in a skillshot that will deal Minor damage + 75% his Physical Damage. An enemy hit by a Tracer Arrow will be revealed to your allies and take 5% damage from all Physical Sources. 30 Second Cooldown. 800 Unit Range. Moderate Mana Cost

[Trick Shot] Grappling Arrow: Jacob Shoots an arrow with a rope behind it. the first enemy it hits will take minor damage + 75% Physical Damage. The enemy is then slowed by 15%. You May activate the ability again to pull yourself toward the enemy that was hit. NOTE: This does not count as a Spell toward Trick Shot on Second Cast.

***E| Detonator Arrow:***Jacob fires a skillshot Arrow. The first enemy it hits will be hit by a Detonator and take heavy damage + 80% Physical Damage. Enemies directly behind the first enemy will take Heavy damage + 50% Physical Damage. You may reactivate the ability to deal physical damage to both the target and enemies surrounding it. any enemy within a 150 range will be slowed by 10-40%. 30 Second Cooldown. 750 Unit Range. Moderate Mana Cost.

[Trick Shot] Explosive Arrow: Jacob fires a skillshot Arrow. The first enemy it hits will be hit by a Detonator and take heavy damage + 90% Physical Damage. Enemies directly behind the first enemy will take Heavy damage + 60% Physical Damage. You may reactivate the ability to deal physical damage to both the target and enemies surrounding it. any enemy within a 150 range will be stunned for a short period and will be knocked back away from the blast.

R| Prison Volley: Jacob fires a volley of arrows into the air landing in a large circle (700 units diameter) that creates an impassable wall of electricity (except to movement spells). enemies near the edge will take damage per second. Enemies that stand on the edge too long will be stunned. High Mana Cost, 800 Range, 2 Minute Cooldown (maybe less)

Jacob would be a powerful Marksman that relies on direct line of sight for his abilities to get the effect. he has plenty of utility and crowed control to hold himself in a team fight, but little escape options.

Strategy: Saving your Trick Shot will boost your damage in lane while you wait for an opportunity to attack the enemy. Using your ult in a team fight can separate the enemy or isolate certain targets as well as keep your targets close enough to get the most out of your skills. Tracer Arrow can help scout as well as boost damage against certain targets.

Strategy Against: His skills take direct line of sight to be mostly effective. His skills would consume a large amount of mana, making it risky for him to spam his abilities.
