[Champion Concept] Narra, The Stone Survivor (name is work in progress)[A Minotaur]
**Lore: **Narra, a Minotaur of the Great Barrier, was one of the few survivors of a noxian slaughter in her village. she watched as her tribe was killed one by one. devastated by the noxians cruelty, she fled East through the Shurima Desert in search of somewhere to go. In the Desert she came across a small pyramid during a Sandstorm. as she took shelter, the pyramid began to glow. there was then a tremendous explosion that dissipated the sandstorm and sent Narra flying. When she landed she blacked out and woke up several hours later. Upon awakening she found a large hammer standing in the ground in front of her. Before she could think much about it, a group of outerbeasts attacked her. As if she was calling upon instinct she grabbed the hammer and charged at one of the beasts, upon hitting it, a pillar rock came out from the sand sent the beast through the air. The Other beasts were Terrified of her and ran off.
After a few months of wandering through the desert, Narra found herself on the western side of the desert and decided to return home with her new found powers. When she returned to her village, there was no one there. she traveled around the Barrier for many weeks looking for other survivors. she finally found a large group of Minotaur hiding in a valley. with Alistar gone, she vowed to be the protector of the remaining Minotaur.
Look Narra has no horns, blue fur, and stands shorter then Alistar. She wears a brown leather skirt and wields a Hammer made of Stone. she would often say random rock related puns and things about protecting those she loves. example: "You're death will be written in stone!"
Skills [Passive] Herald of Stone: Whenever Narra Hits and enemy with a basic attack or spell, that enemy gets reduced armor for 10 seconds. The effect stacks 3 times, getting stronger each time. Upon the third stack the enemy gets marked with Written in Stone. Written in stone lasts for 15 seconds. When an enemy with Written in Stone is hit by Narras spells it will stun them for 1.5 seconds. (numbers are always subject to change) The same enemy cannot be stunned by Narra again for 20 seconds.
**[Q] Rock Shot:**Narra hits the ground causing a rock to fly (600 units) damaging the first enemy it strikes (Low Damage+20% Ability Power). Upon hitting the enemy it will put a stack of Herald of Stone onto the enemy. It will Stun the enemy instead if they are marked with Written in Stone.
**[W] Gravel Shield:**Narra places a cluster of swirling rocks around herself, an allied, or an enemy champion (range of around 650). If cast on herself or an allied champion, it will give them a shield that blocks a small amount of damage as well as increasing their armor by a small % for a few seconds after the shield disappears. If cast on an enemy it will slow them by a small % and reduce their Armor. It will Stun the enemy if they are marked with Written in Stone.
[E] Slab Barrier: Narra hits the ground with her hammer causing a shockwave to that damages all enemies(Moderate Damage+75% Ability Power) in a cone (500 units long, 350 units wide at end). Enemies hit by the attack will be slowed for a few seconds. a Rock Barrier that cannot be moved across will be created at the edge of the cone that lasts for a few seconds. Enemies marked with Written in Stone will be stunned instead of slowed.
[R] Tomb of Stone: Narra slams the ground with such tremendous force that it creates a ring of stone pillars around her (about 850 unit diameter). Any enemy within the ring during the slam will be slowed by 35% for a few seconds. It will Stun the enemy instead if they are marked with Written in Stone.
Base Stats Narra would have very similar stats to Alistar. Health: 500-2000 Health Regen: 6.5-20.5 Mana: 300-1250 Mana Regen: 6.5-22.5 Melee Range: 150 Attack Damage: 62-130 Attack Speed: 0.625 (+0% – 36.1%)? Armor: 20-80 Magic Resistance: 30-45 Movement Speed: 340 Size: A female Minotaur about 4/5ths the size of Alistar
THESE STATS ARE COMPLETELY UNBALANCED RIGHT NOW. these are just ballpark numbers and are based entirely around Alistars.
Playstyle Narra would be a Top lane fighter, a Mid lane Mage, or a Supporty Tank. she excels at disrupting the enemy and protecting allies.
Additional Info I thought of Narra because the game had a distinct lack of Minotaurs even though they are one of the many races in Valoran. they haven't got any love since the game was initially released.
