Skins and tourney ideas

So I've been thinking and I really like playing Fiora so I made up of a fun Christmas time skin for her: Sword-Candy Cane Dueling Coat-Scarf Shoes-Snow Boots Hat-Winter Hat Or a forecast Fiora skin: Sword-Closed Umbrella and when she parries her umbrella opens Dueling Coat-Rain Coat Boots-Rain Boots Hat-The Hat that has the little cute umbrellas on top

As for the tournament part of the discussion: I know you guys have recommended tournaments but if you guys make an online tournament by you for ameteurs(esports plz)I'm sure people would love that.The tournament of course would have 5v5 matches and teams are paired by average rank of the pre made members.The top teams of the region/ranking area would face off in semi and finals.The winners could get RP or a skin or if you guys don't want to give away any free stuff(no offense) maybe ip win bonuses (I would take that).
