Neon Strike Vi Q Bug

I don't know if it's specifically Neon Strike Vi or Vi in general but this happened right after I got Neon Strike Vi so I just presumed. So I played an Aram game and a Bot game with Vi and both times about mid game I could activate her Q. When I told the other team in Aram about it they said to show them then I said I was pressing it and how it's not working, but about 5 clicks in it works again so I don't know. I think it might be the skin Because before the Aram and Bot games I played in ranked and forgot to use the skin and Vi was working just fine. P.S.- I spam Neon Strike Vi's recall so much Lawl.
