Tant, the Fire Dancer

I'm calling him tant because thats the first word that came to my head. Also that's easy to type.

Tant is a child, who is connected with wukong in some way. He looks like a monkey and is very excitable. (IMPORTANT) However, he is not to have a young childs voice. I hate Annie to much to even consider giving another champion a child's voice. The voice would sound like a teenager, with all the attitude that is encompassed by that age. If anything, his voice should sound like sonic the hedgehog. His weapon is a rope with a flaming arrowhead on the end of it (I don't know how the rope isn't on fire as well, but idk It's magic or something like that.) He attacks by jumping energetically around the rift and swinging the arrowhead towards his enemies.

P- Arrogance: Tant's auto attacks are him swinging his arrowhead at his enemy. Whenever he crits, he attacks the target twice with each hit dealing 1.5 of his AD (I decided on that because 2.0 is the normal critical strike, and any lower seems too low.) However, items that increase his critical strike chance will have the critical strike chance given by the item halved. Q- Trip Up: Tant's next attack in the next 6 seconds will stun the target for up 1/1.3/1.6/1.9/2.2 seconds. W- Rising Tempo: Passive- Each consectuative auto-attack increases the damage of the next. The passive wears off after 4 seconds out of combat. E- Fire Knife: Tant throws out a flaming knife, dealing damage upon impact with an enemy champion and dealing more damage over time to the target. R- Display of Prowess: Tant chooses a target enemy champion, then breaking into two clones that whip out ropes and suppress the enemy. Then the clones both hit the target at the same time, dealing damage to the target and some damage to nearby enemy units.
