Trading skins?

I believe that the option to trade skins with one another should be implemented into the game. Kind of like steam, where you can trade items, but instead of in-game items, we'd be trading skins.

I have a few skins that I'll probably never, ever use. Mainly because I don't play that certain champion. It'd be great to be able to take that skin, and trade it with another player so that I could get a skin for a champion that I do actually use. This way, players can get rid of unwanted skins for ones that they desire.

For example, Reaper Soraka isn't available for purchase anymore, but it's one of the skins I want most at the moment. Solution? Go to the skin marketplace (placeholder name), find someone who is offering their Reaper Soraka for a skin that I own, and then trade it with one another. Voila! Now both parties are happy.
