Something is wrong with Kalista's passive.

I just bought Kalista and played her only to find out that her passive doesn't work as intended. Sometimes she will hop, and sometimes she will not.

I know for a fact that it's a bug because I played her when she was free, and the mentioned problem was not present during that time.

Riot, could you guys fix this? She's really unplayable at the moment....
