Champion Idea: We need a fat chick!

So I just thought of this idea... There is no fat chicks in League of Legends at the moment so I was thinking of something like this. Minerva, The Demacian Godmother: Q: Travels a distance forward spinning and knocking enemies back each hand (unarmed open handed slaps). W: Passive: every x amount of hits heals active: shields nearby allies and gains damage reduction for a short duration. E: leaps a short distance dealing damage and creating cracked ground for a small duration slowing enemies within the area. R:Taunts enemies in a cone for a duration and deals X+% damage taken to closest enemy champion after the taunt.
