Champion Idea Tonfa user

Idea for a champion, a Tonfa wielding warrior, warring kingdoms skin: Sun Ci. i was think his Q could be quick hits to and area infront of him(like pantheons e but smaller range and faster duration). His W could be he turns his tonfa around and strikes twice in front of him dealing dmg and doing armor penetration for each hit. His e can be a short dash (about as long as one of renektons E's) and then smashes the ground stunning a small circle directly infront of him and slowing a bigger circle around (kind of like aatrox Q but smaller area). Not sure about an ult or a passive yet. but what do you guys think?

It could be like an ad bruiser version of akali. Where the Q could be a powerful attack with a small stun, the W could be switch the tonfa around so like normal would be passive flat attack speed buff and turned around would be slightly larger range, a little less than thresh, and aoe damage. I love the idea of the E being a dash and smash. The ult..... maybe a timed effect like yi, but instead it augments the next skill used for the duration (say 10-15) seconds as well as vastly reducing the cooldowns of all of his skills. This would make an akali-esque ult effect where his jump cd is like 3 seconds now.

I think a better Idea would be a Tonka user. He just kind of pushes a truck around.

Sun Zhong(uses energy)

Passive: Tonfa hurt.(Yes, the period is necessary)- Sun switches between two stances, dealing 10/15/20/25/30 bonus true damage on-hit after casting Double Tap and gaining 10% bonus armor and MR after casting Thundering Blows. The effects of each spell are aslo removed when the other is cast. Switching stances also resets Sun's AA timer.

Q: Double Tap- Sun Zhong empowers his next two strikes to deal bonus damage. If both hits are done on the same foe, they deal an additional bonus and grant additional movespeed for a time. Also, if the first empowered shot kills a foe, any excess damage past the amount used to kill is transferred to the second attack(Meaning if he kills a minion with 2 health and the attack that was empowered caused 120, the other 118 damage is moved onto the next attack.)

W: Thundering Blows- Sun Zhong empowers his next strike to damage his foe's armor, adding a scaling percentage debuff of Armor Reduction to the target and adding a minor bonus to his AD for five seconds

E: Yeshied 21(Sorry, couldn't resist): Sun Zhong dashes in a target direction, knocking aside all foes and applying on-hit damage while slowing them and being immune to cc for the duration of the dash. If Sun has an empowered strike available, the effects are applied to all those hit, but Q's bonus damage is not transferred.

R: elease the Beast- Sun drops into a guarding stance. If he is not struck by non-minion damage in this time, he regains 100/150/200 health. If he takes damage from a champion in this time, the damage is negated and he blinks to that champion regardless of distance to deliver an uppercut, dealing damage and knocking them up into the air for one second.
