New Champion Idea quanto the support assassin
this champion is inspired by a video of jeremy gaming curios about champion types and roles that have not been made or combined (i can't find it any longer", among these was the the support assassin, a highly mobile champion who will help assassinate an enemy champion and here my idea.
in current classifications, quanto would qualifies as an enchanter (champion focused on buffing and shielding allies) like rakan but, like rakan (known for his potente ingage and dive potential), quanto won't really play like an enchanter but like an assassin by essentially diving in with his mobility marking his target to be assasinated before escaping.

**Abilities : ** passive gravity surge : when quanto casts a spell his allies get a 15% ms boost when moving towards him,
Q quantum tunnel: quanto fires a short skill shot damaging and slowing enemies on the other side producing a tunnel and blinking quanto to the other side, allied champion can right click the tunnel when close to also blink through
W entangled allie : cast on an allie willst in range (2000-3000) the allies are linked (entangled). the entanglement is broken by one of the champions dying or by recasting w which causes quanto to blink back to said allie shielding them in the process. it will have a very long cooldown 30 sec + early
E molecular allignement/resonating dagger: quanto rearranges his molecules making all enemy spell and autos go straight through him making him untargetable. this will also empower his next auto attack to leave a mark on the champion, champion autoing the marked champion will heal for a flat amount + a portion of quantos ap.
R gravity bomb: quanto throws a short range targeted device which explodes when it hits the champion dealing damage slowing and grounding that champion, it also creating an area around that champion causing all projectiles in that area to converge to that champion. if an ally cast a targeted ability at that area the range is extended to hit the champion with gravity bomb
Abilities explaned in order of thought
quanto ultimate is what make the core of his assassination power. being a support he isn't suppose to contribute that much in damage so instead he does so by increasing and redirecting the range of his allies projectiles. basically any projectile or targeted hitting the area effected by gravity bomb will hit the target effected by gravity bomb meaning you can bypass the tank line by shooting next too them. this will requires a certain amount of coordination since if hes ults someone and no one reacts or their abilaties are on cooldown, he's essentially a sitting duck, he won't be able to kill the target on his own. i don't want non projectile abilities to be included since they are made strong because they often include a melee. some aspects need to be determined should he stay near the champion to extend thue duration to prevent the ability from being to easy to use, should it effect autos (i feel it should but that could make the adc excesively strong).
quanto w, as riot stated in the assassin rework assassins need a way and a way out, this is supposed to be his way out. but it will also allow him to collapse back to his linked allie quickly and help disengage. he shouldn't be able to reengage since his strength comes creating a range disparity.
quanto passive, this is a fairly simple and mostly their to evoid him being useless in full melee compositions by buffing up his allie melee move speed.
quanto q will be his main mobility spell w bit of a combination of bard portal and kassadin ult. it sill be his way of getting into a fight or help lies get out on one. giving random champion sudden mobility is risky but sinc the portal will be visible it would be very telegraphed and if annie for example manages to use just as it appears in her combo well i feel that level of coordination should be rewarded. the remaining questions are should it work both direction and should their be a charge system to evoid people blinking through it o many times.
quanto E was the hardest to find and probably the one which need the most change. it supposed to increase his 2v2 effectiveness and provide a defensive tool to not get blown up when he dive in.
overall i'd like to see quanto fit in the enchanter class to prevent him going tank since he is a high risk high reward champion (on the other hand being just a support he won't grow into the super tanks of top lane).
