why is their no award ceremony in esports
I was watching the IEM pyeongchang finals which scarlett won, congrates to her, straight after which she rushed to the trophy and took as expected. i then realized i can't remember any award ceremony of the sort in lolesports finals either and, whilst the team often add ceremony on their own, i find it lackingcompared to traditionnal sports at least in europe. it makes the victory rushed, doesn't honor the loser who made it second;that no small feat; and arguably it doesn't honor the winners since no official authority come and say you are the best in the world. it also gives less time for the team and the fans to savor their victory since they take the trophy immediately after winning and can't be made quite as grand since their no prep time or walkup (although these last two could be resolved with more staging).
is their any good reason for this ? what are your though about it ?
