Skin Concept - Fisherman Blitzcrank!

Hello everyone, I apologize in advance for the awful art that I provided (I just painted over another picture, I didn't draw the actual Blitz). I just wanted to include it so that you guys could get an idea of what I was trying to show.

Aside from that, please read below about my idea!

So I have been playing Blitz for awhile now, and I thought of a pretty cool skin for him.

FISHERMAN BLITZCRANK Q: Blitzcrank casts his fishing pole, hooking an enemy and pulling them back. (Simple enough) W: A boat appears under Blitzcrank and he rides in that, gaining movement speed. (any basic attacks would be done with his fishing pole while in the boat) E: On his next basic attack, a fish tail appears underneath the enemy, smacking them up and then returning underneath the water. R: Water surges from Blitzcrank in waves (animated like Nami's Ult)

Overall, I think that this idea could be improved on (Maybe someone could actually throw together some good art?!)
