C'mon guys, you've seen that robot work his butt off out there by pulling champs to their deaths, knocking them up, and then obliterating them with his ult. But he is one of the champs that still has bad art. Please work on this, and any blitz player will tell you that he should get a new design.
TBH I think Blitz could need a kit rework alongside his VU. The thing is,that Blitz is completely reliant on his Q. If you land the Q correctly it is an instant doom for the enemy,but if you mess up you aren't even half as useful.
Looking at 
,his Q is more forgiving and he can still do some cool stuff,even if he misses it.
