Cyrus, The Caller of Doom
Lore: Cyrus was once a noble man of a lost empire before the Rune Wars, master of horse riding with an unbreakable bond with his horse (Selsus) commanding its army and second to the emperor himself. When the Rune Wars began he never saw the end of it. At his first battle he became corrupt with Rune magic and was sent flying into space. Their lifeless bodies were preserved by a Cosmic Entity who was the personification of Doom itself who give Cyrus and Selsus eternal life, superhuman strength and many other abilities the most important: The Comet, a sentient indestructible spear that is bound telepathically to Cyrus. The spear has the power to shoot powerful bursts of cosmic energy that can even destroy a star or mortally wound near omnipotent entities like Aurelion Sol. The Soulcutter, a hook that radiates rune magic and can even split a soul in pieces. With these gifts Cyrus became The Caller of Doom or The Omen (Called by the Runeterrans) who with his very presence he signals the coming of death, catastrophe, famine etc.
PASSIVE: Soul Guardians With every 20% health missing a Soul Guardian spawns and can deal damage depending on the enemy's current max health. When out of combat the Soul Guardians return to Cyrus restoring half of his missing health.
Q: Will of The Caller (Skillshot) : Cyrus stops and throws his Hook within a 1000 unit radius dealing ( 80/100/120/140/160 SCALING WITH AD) physical damage to the enemy hit. When the champion is within 500 units Cyrus will dash towards him and deal damage in a short cone in front of him and if he is +500 units away the enemy is pulled to Cyrus and damages in a short cone COST (90 Mana at all ranks) COOLDOWN (13/11/9/7/5)
W: The Comet (Skillshot) : SHOVE: Cyrus can shove his spear anywhere in a 600 unit radius which damages (80/120/130/140/150 SCALING WITH AD) and slows enemies hit LAUNCH The spear can be charged for 5 seconds but can be reactivated earlier but deal less damage (FULLY CHARGED: 120/140/150/160/170 SCALING WITH AD) (NOT FULLY CHARGED: same as SHOVE also SCALING WITH AD).The spear shoots to plus 900 unit distance damaging and slowing enemies hit. Enemies hit by both shove and the launch are stunned for 1.5 seconds COST (40/45/50/55/60 MANA) COOLDOWN (5/4.5/4/3.5/4)
E: Stellar Charge Cyrus gets increasing movement speed. While hitting a minion with his charge he spins his hook in a small circle (big as Hecarim's Q) dealing physical damage in that circle (90/120/150/180/210 SCALING WITH AD) and executing minions below 50% HP. Cyrus stops on the first champion hit dealing physical damage (90/120/150/180/210 SCALING WITH AD) and fearing him for .5 seconds. While using other abilities while in E movement isn't cancelled! COST (65/70/75/80/85 MANA) COOLDOWN (6/5.5/5/4.5/3)
R: Doom (Skillshot) Cyrus charges his spear for 3 seconds and can shove it forward in a 1400 unit radius (Skillshot's width is slightly wider than Sion's Q) This Ability deals physical damage (300/400/500 SCALING WITH AD) and damages all units within the skillshot's reach. When the champion is below 40% HP its executed and the cooldown refreshed for 10 seconds. The ability goes on cooldown when it isnt used for 10 seconds after the execute or don't execute the next champion COST (100 MANA AT ALL RANKS) COOLDOWN (100/80/60)
