Skin Sets

hey, Riot has created quite a number of skins with labels, an example would be the vandle skins set or the Debonair skins, we also have very few legendary skins only two currently, well.... why not complete some of these skin sets? or add more to the number of ultimate or legendary groups?

such an example Pulsefire Yasuo or something along those lines or anything? i dont know, just something to throw out there, ya know food for thought
