You have Kass and malz. put vel in the support role.
Or you can go with the battlecast theme and take skaner in the jungle and Khz mid with support vel.
You can include Malzahar as a mid laner, as he was "reborn" into the Void, in a way. He and Kassadin have stacking traits carried on by "void borns".
