do you think riot ever sees a skin concept and think damn now we cant do this.

Because of how good it is? Honestly the amount of really good skin concepts out there are amazing. While I understand riot can't make every concept into a skin I don't think there has been a single one taken or inspired from a concept.

Now I could be wrong so edjamacate me here and name a few for me.

Id love to see some kind of contest in the future were we vote on a skin to be put into the game. once every year or so wouldn't be bad
