League has the whiniest community that aren't satisfied with anything. It's literally like trying to feed a kid vegetables the contents good for them but their whiny spoiled brats.

Sorry it had to be said I love league with a passion and it will always be a favorite game of mine but the community drove out all my friends to the point where they won't play it ever again and this saddens me.

This isn't a post about how toxic the game is or how bad riot is, this is me telling the community as a whole to grow up. Believe it or not we are the reason there isn't very much transparency between us and riot.

TL;DR We gotta start makin' changes. Learn to see me as a brother 'stead of 2 distant strangers.

Agreed. Everyone's always complaining about the state of the game, but it's the state of the community that's the problem. And that's a problem Riot shouldn't have to fix.

Riot had their head up their asses and finger to their community long before the community turned into bat-shit crazy, anti-Riot circle jerkers. They pretty much drove the community to it. It's gotten to the point people don't want to respectfully address Riot because it doesn't matter if they do, Riot always has an excuse as to why they know better but have proven time and time again that they don't.

What I don't understand is why the community stays. It's like telling your favorite restaurant their food is disgusting, but the chefs refuse to taste their own cooking and insist it tastes good and you just don't have taste buds, so you should just trust them, eat it, and be happy.

I agree yes and not.

I agree that LoL has the whiniest community, but i also have to say that we are the most numerous and given a certain % is normal to have more whiners: not sure about the %, but raw numbersmight be higher, and are not homogenized in the population meaning that there are groups less whiny and groups more whiny.

The boards for example are whiny as hell, since it' s supposed to be the nearest point to the devs and people like to come here to cry a lot. Sometimes the critics are legit, some others ask to nerf master yi.

This said, what are other mobas? Dota 2 has a story about how tsundereddit loves it or hates it by the extremes, HotS is played mostly by people attached to the franchise and as long as Blizzard doe snot ruin the fantasy of a character they are mostly fine unless is severly nerfed and others like Strife are kinda new and full of people more driven to discover. Heard pretty well from Smite too.

I have to say however that beyond LoL, HotS and a bit of Dota2 i don' t have strong opinions.

Op makes a post about whinny people in the community and then his post consists of being whinny... Irony..
