So instead of his worthless ultimate, the new ultimate would go something like this. "Yorick will summon (5/10/15) (Depending per level) Skeletons to fight for him. These skeletons will charge at a fast rate until they hit the closest enemy. Each skeleton does 100 true damage on impact. Yorick is healed for half of those amounts. "

I wouldn't say his ultimate is worthless. It's a pretty good ultimate if you have a hyper carry and or spammer on your team. The ult allows you to make a clone of a chosen ally to control and fight for you, increasing your damage output in fights and or when pushing. the revive for 10 seconds is sorta good, since it allows for the revived person to go wild with their kits to make use of the 10 seconds, as explained earlier with the spammers.
I agree with you, he should get a new ult. His current ult is more useful on a support, hence some people going Yorick support.
