i went against the most OP OP team comp... What do I do?

So I went against a team comp the other day and I felt like no matter how well we played, their team comp was just unstoppable.
My team:

Darius
Diana
Ezreal
Draven
Soraka

Enemy Team:

Poppy
Malphite (AP JG)
Annie
Graves
Sona

No matter what I did, where I was me, or someone on my team would get one shot, wombo combod. Malphite ult, then annie, then graves then sona. Thats 4 hard cc stuns in a rough. What do you do against this because I couldn't do anything.

When the enemy can team fight better, you don't team fight

poke/kite

split push

start skirmishes

Darius and Diana shouldn't be able to be caught out against single opponents. They either kill them or run away.

Annie and Sona can get nuked, wait for one of them to burn ult, baite comps like that to waste things, you fight those comps in one of 3 styles

-You pick long range poke and poke them out bit by bit so they are forced to run away, or eventually u poke them so much to the point u can engage

-You baite them into wasting a valuable ult so u now have team fight advantage

-you snow ball the early game so team fighting is always in your favor

-Split push them to death, The only real answer they have for strong split pushers is the Poppy.
