Amara, The Season's Lily (old champion idea I had, not sure how well it's aged)

Amara - The Season's Lily (Support) [Melee Champion]

Passive: Winds of Life - After dealing damage to the same enemy champion 3 times within 4 seconds all allied champions move at +12% movement speed towards that enemy for 4 seconds. Does NOT stack with itself. (Enemy debuff, Ally buff) (10-6 second cooldown based on level)

Q: Blooming Gust - Amara leaps into the air and turns into a flower becoming untargetable and gliding towards the cursor for 2 seconds at 160/180/200/220/240% movement speed. Upon landing she transforms back into a human and the petals of the flower shoot outwards while spinning for 1 second before returning to her 1 second later. Amara is rooted while her petals are detached from her. Enemies hit by the petals take 45/60/90/130/160 (+50% AP) magic damage. Enemies can only be hit twice by this ability. This ability is only able to be cast when out of combat for 5 seconds. (Dash, AoE damage) (22/20/18/16/14 second cooldown) [80/85/90/95/100 mana cost]

W: Heatwave - Amara extends her hand releasing a blast of hot wind, dealing 50/70/90/110/130 (+40% AP) magic damage in a cone and pushing enemies hit for 50% the distance of the slash (Full distance is 350). Shining Slash can store up to 3 charges at once. If anymore than one charge is used within 6 seconds it will deal 9% less damage than the strike before. Once Amara has 3 stacks of this debuff all stacks are removed. A charge is generated every 8/7/6/5/4 seconds. Counts as a basic attack. (Cone Damage, Push, Displaces) (2/1.75/1.5/1.25/1 second cooldown) [45 mana cost]

E: Autumn's Cycle - Amara throws a seed pod in a small area that rains down fall leaves, healing allied champions in the area (300 unit diameter) for 70/100/130/160/190 (+30% AP) over 5 seconds. If only one ally is in the heal, it doubles. At any time during the heal or at the end of the heal the seed pod crushes itself and Amara may choose to recast this ability with a 1 second delay and make the seed pod bounce to another area in range where it breaks open and erupts with dead leaves and mulch, slowing enemies in the area (300 unit diameter) for 40/45/50/55/60%. (Heal, Slow, AoE)
(16/15/14/13/12 second cooldown) [100/110/120/130/140 mana cost]

R: Blizzard's Blight - Amara summons a Blizzard of snowflakes; lifting herself and all nearby enemies into the sky for 1.5/1.75/2 seconds and dealing 250/300/350 (+70% AP) magic damage over the duration. After the duration is up Blooming Gust is activated regardless of it's current cooldown. (Knockup, AoE Damage) (140/120/100 second cooldown) [150 mana cost]

Visuals

wearing a dress inspired by the natural shape of a lily colors change based on what ability she has used last (Q: lavender and light green, W: red and dark orange, E: yellow and light orange, R: white and light blue). uses bladed fans to attack, and blade types change with her dress (Q: silver blades, W: ebony blades, E: golden blades, R: ivory blades). A lot of other people are making quotes for their champions ,so I guess I'll give it a try!

Champ Select: "But a flower in the wind..." Joke 1: "Roses are red, violets are blue.. Wait what?" Joke 2: (When used within 20 seconds of Joke 1) "Violets are not blue." Taunt: "The wind is at my back... You'd better hope it's not at yours."

Taunt: (When within 800 units of enemy ) "Your power is unquestionable, but... corrupted."
