Loot trade

Ever just spend $20 on the game, buy chests and keys, and regret it very much? Sometimes you just feel unlucky bc you get good skins, but not for champs you play. Like you get elementalist lux, god fist Lee sin, and dunkmaster Darius but you main Adc.

If there was a way to trade skins with a friend, it would put less risk into opening chests and getting complete crap. Anyways, most people have like 100 extra rp that you can't do anything with, so if there's a 15 rp trade fee, you could use them up (and people wouldn't abuse trading).
