Last Hitting Cannon Minions

Cannon minions give a whole lot of gold, and it's almost impossible to last hit them for many champions. Not only do you experience this in you own game, you also see this with challenger streamers...

Last Hitting is a part of the game, and is not a problem for caster/melee minions. But for cannon minions, you need to wait until you can't see the hp anymore on then hope you hit it perfectly.

Solution: Hitting a cannon minion that gets it down to <30 hp it would execute the cannon. Also with new dematerializors you can't scan them on cannons.
