Theos is an Ability power, Bursty mage that was trained by a Phoenix. Despite how strong he is, he can't take much of a big beating. He uses mana and is a Mid-Laner and builds a lot of cooldown reduction. Base health:597 Base mana:463

Passive:Phoenix's Wrath and Blessing When Theos is below 35% of his health all of his abilities do (2.5%,5%,10%,15%,20%). If Theos GIVES a shield to an ally it's damage blocked is increased by (2.5%,5%,7.5) Level (6,11,16)

Q:Flare Burst 7 second CD 5 second CD 4.5 second CD (40 Mana,50 Mana, 60 Mana, 70 Mana, 80 Mana) 1 AP scaling Theos fires a skill shot in a cone area dealing magic damage. If the ability hits an enemy champion the next attack will cause an enemy to burn and deals (3,4,5) magic damage for 3 seconds with 3 ticks of magic damage per second. The burn does not scale with AP and think of the cone as a bigger Yorick W.

W:Sun's Aura 17 second CD 13 second CD 8 second CD (50 Mana,60 Mana,70 Mana,75 Mana, 80 Mana) 0.5 max health scaling Theos gives an ally champion or himself a (50,75,125,150,200) shield that lasts for (2,3,5) seconds. If an enemy attacks Theos or the ally with the shield the next attack from the person with the shield will do (1.5%,2.5%,3%) of the enemy's health as true damage.

E:Flame Burst 8 second CD 6.5 second CD 5 second CD (55 Mana,65 Mana,75 Mana, 85 Mana,90 Mana) 0.8 AP scaling Theos throws a ball of fire in a line dealing magic damage as it passes through. If Flame Burst hits an enemy champion it makes a star shape under the enemy champion and detonates after 1.5 seconds dealing magic damage. If Flame Burst hits multiple enemy champions, the star under them detonation time will be decreased by 0.2 seconds (1.3, 1.1, 0.9, 0.7, 0.5) and deal 1.5% more damage. When Theos is under 15% health anything that is hit by Flame Burst will be Burnt.Again this burn does not scale with AP and the star under it is like a giant patrick star right on the map. :/

R:Inferno Demolition Blast 175 second CD 120 second CD 75 second CD (100 Mana,105 Mana, 125 Mana) 1 AP scaling Theos channels up a big ball of fire and can throw it at a huge range with a medium size area or a really short distance dealing huge amounts of magic damage. If Theos is under 35% of his health he not only does (2.5%,5%,10%,15%,20%) more damage but instantly proks the star under the area that the blast is fired and will detonate 1 second later and burning anything hit. The shorter the distance the faster it will travel and the faster it will channel for.(3,2.5,1.5 second) Build item 3020 item 3027 item 3165 item 3157 item 3285 item 3089 Situational item 3116 item 3001 item 3026 item 3151 item 3152

Interesting passive, again ;)

Q - skill shot, but in a cone? you mean like twisted fate? or Shyvana old Ult flame breath? W - not bad, interesting risk/reward, interacts with your Passive, which is good. E - interesting, not bad either. R - almost the same as your E, but in ult form. Could have been something else: Example:

Spirit of the Phoenix(R): Passive: If theo were to take fatal damage, he would transform into a Phoenix spirit, be invulnerable for 6 seconds and all his abilities are empowered and cost no mana to cast. at the end of the duration, Theo takes the damage received and dies. (can be still be resurrected by Zilean's ult)

Not bad, a big improvement over the previous concept. better synergy and interactions with the kit.

I liked the risk/reward gameplay style, your are bursty and risk death to deal more damage. Mage Olaf almost.

The 5% damage increase isn't exactly worth forced grievous wounds. Only negative comment.

Short review time. You aren't in the CCOS but you'd better believe that people will give you feedback for your idea if you decide to post it on the Boards. So let's get into it, shall we?

[Passive} - Phoenix's Wrath and Blessing: That is a really low health cap. At that point, you're probably already dead or in the process of dying, making all that damage increase this passive gives him worthless. Unless you build tank, at which point you sacrifice any real damage you could've done just to get this damage boost. Ah yes, and you reduce the effectiveness of healing and shields on him by 50% which is like Grevious Wounds...except worse. This ability self-harms Theos, essentially. So at below 15% of his max health, Theos is pretty much dead either way because anything your allies try to heal/shield you with will only give you 50% of the benefit.

Slow clap

The point of a passive is to add strength to a champion by making them do something unique and special. Him just giving himself Grevious Wounds and a damage steroid is counter-intuitive, especially at the percentage of health at which this activates.

[Q] - Flame Burst: The format is hard to read but luckily I'm able to pick up the general idea of what you want. That aside, I'll get to the core problems I can see with this ability. First off is the ridiculously low cooldown; there aren't numbers for damage, but it scales with an ungodly amount of Theos' AP so no matter what you do it will do absolutely ridiculous amounts of damage. Oh, and what's with this "Fires a skillshot in a cone" business? What do you want it to do? Is it a skillshot, or is it a cone? Pick between one or the other; it can't really be both unless you're going for something like a Graves ult. And at that point, then it's a skillshot that explodes in a cone at the edge of its range.

And I mean at least the damage over time doesn't scale with AP, right? RIGHT?!

[W] - Sun's Aura: No. No for several reasons, in fact. I'm not even going to go into lots of detail just...here's a bullet list of Why Not.

  • It's mana cost goes up to 150, making it the largest mana-cost basic ability in League of Legends for a mediocre shield.
  • It lasts for no time at all, making it give almost no real benefit from a purely utility standpoint.
  • The max health as true damage is either good or bad. There really isn't an in-between since the shield is tiny and lasts for only a couple of seconds at max rank.

[E] - Flame Burst: Sigh

Mana cost is insanely high, cooldown is super low, it scales with another absurd amount of AP, it does the Brand thing even though I'm 110% certain Theos isn't Brand and it makes a star like Lucian's E.

[R] - Infernal Demolition: More abilities to nuke people with, yay. Not even Bard's ultimate can be cast and lands instantaneously; there's always a delay no matter how close you are, just the delay shrinks the closer you are. Oh and mentioning your rage comment towards Terakali: He's already a bursty mage who doesn't need any damage steroid because of how retardedly his abilities scale. 120% of AP?! Man if I wanted to have a bad time I'd just go up against a team full of Zeds as an ADC.
