Riyo & Diyo, The Sorcerer and The Shadow

Note, this is a semi WIP, and I am no expert at scalings and numbers. Therefor, take all numbers listed with a grain of salt. Besides this, I am working on lore, quotes, and other knick knacks. It was an interesting concept I wanted to bring to fruition, so here it is (The text below is the same as in the google doc, whichever you prefer).

Abilities

Passive : The Sorcerer’s Shadow Riyo’s base HP is locked at 550 and his base mana is locked at 350. No matter what items Riyo obtains, his maximum HP and Mana cannot be artificially increased. Riyo instead gains 5% bonus HP and Mana as ability power. Riyo does not even have a base HP or mana scaling, and can only increase his maximum HP and Mana through Thirst for Life.

Q - Fireball / Stone Spikes

Riyo : Fireball [Cooldown : 12/11/10/9/8s] [Mana : 60/70/80/90/100] Riyo launches a fireball at the target area, dealing [65/80/95/110/125] + [10/15/20/25/30% AP] magic damage. If a champion is struck, they are marked and 75% of the cost and 50% of the cooldown is refunded.

Diyo : Stone Spikes [Cooldown : 10/9/8/7/6s] [Mana : 60/70/80/90/100] Diyo infuses his next 3 auto attacks with stone, making them deal [20/17.5/15/12.5/10%] less damage but inflicting Grievous Wounds and causing the target to bleed for [2/4/6/8/10% AP] damage per second for 3 seconds.

W - Frost Elemental / Fist of Iron

Riyo : Frost Elemental [Cooldown : 20s] [Mana : 60/70/80/90/100] Riyo summons a Frost Elemental at a target location that lasts for 15 seconds. The elemental will prioritize enemy champions, resorting to enemy towers or minions if no champions can be found. It’s attacks deal [3/6/9/12/15% AP] magic damage and slow the target by [10/12.5/15/17.5/20%]. Targets attacked by the Elemental are also Marked.

Diyo : Fist of Iron [Cooldown : 10s] [Mana : 60/70/80/90/100] Diyo calls a fist of iron from the skies, which lands at the target location dealing [60/75/90/105/120] + [10/15/20/25/30% AP] magic damage and stuns enemies struck for [0/0.25/0.5/0.75/1] seconds.

E - Necrotic Plague / No Mercy

Riyo : Necrotic Plague [Cooldown : 14/13/12/11/10s Mana : 60/70/80/90/100] Riyo infects an allied minion with the Necrotic Plague which lasts for [3/5/7] seconds. When an infected minion is slain, they are resurrected as a zombie which chases and attacks the nearest Marked target until it or its target dies.

Diyo : No Mercy [Cooldown : 26/24/22/20/18] [Mana : 60/70/80/90/100] Diyo marks a target to which he will grant no mercy. He gains [10/12.5/15/17.5/20%] movement and attack speed towards that target. The target remains marked for [2/4/6/8/10] seconds or until it dies.

R - Inner Demons / Thirst for Life [Cooldown : 27/24/21/18s] [Mana : 75/100/125/150]

Riyo : Inner Demons
Passive : When Riyo kills a minion with Fireball, he absorbs one Mortal Soul. This is doubled against large minions, monsters, and champion kills.

Activate : Riyo consumes all Mortal Souls, feeding them to his inner demons. Riyo then collapses and Diyo takes his place. Diyo’s Health and Mana values are based on how many souls were consumed, equal to 250 health and mana per soul. Inner Demons cannot consume more than [2/4/6/10] total souls.

Diyo : Thirst for Life Passive : Diyo thirsts for life, healing for [10/15/20/25%] of the damage he deals. If Diyo damages a champion while he is at full health, he stores [50/35/20/10%] of the damage dealt as Life Essence. Diyo can store up to a maximum of [25/50/75/100] Life Essence.

Activate : Diyo channels all Life Essence into Riyo’s body, resurrecting him with HP and Mana equal to the amount Diyo had when Thirst for Life was casted. All Life Essence is consumed and added to Riyo’s maximum HP and Mana.
