The first unique passive needs a duration, and is also so weak that it seems easier to simply bake it into the main stats OR weaken the main stats and strengthen the passive.

That said, what role does this fill in your mind? It's currently usually a worse Bloodthirster and it treads a bit on the toes of Guinsoo's Rageblade. How do you see it differing from and interacting with those items in actual gameplay?

From what I can see, this would be an item for duelist champions with good/great attack speed, e.g. vayne and tristana. At the highest level, you don't get the shield and lose 25 Ad (10 when under 35% hp), it grants higher lifesteal, aswell as being MUCH cheaper to buy. This item is quite good, as it provides: Lane Sustain, and B: Fight lifesteal. You should get 30% lifesteal full power. This coupled with bloodthirster would be 50%. Then you have ravenous hydra if it was built on AD bruisers/duelists (which it most likely would) and Death's Dance, so on for a ridiculous amount of lifesteal. For adcs, they can take BORK.

While true, they already have Bloodthister if they need damage and lifesteal, and BoRK if they need attack speed. The lifesteal on both is high enough you'd have to make it a unique passive to avoid that ridiculous amount of lifesteal, so you can't really account for that.

It just seems like the overlap with existing items is excessive.
