If they do it well, then yes. But if they do it like most Tumblr fanartists do it, then hell no. It gets to a point where it isn't even attractive anymore, just disturbing,
And for an example of genderswaped done well, look up "malzahar genderswap", who for some reason has some of the best genderswaped art I've ever seen
