(New Champion) Kai Sama, Master of Chi
Not part of the kit directly, but is intended to have the lowest base mana and the highest base mana regen in the game, cause reasons!
Passive - Mind over Matter;
- 15% of magic damage dealt to Kai Sama is instead dealt to his mana bar. This effect is increased to 20% against AOE and/or DOT magic damage.
Q - Ki Fist;
- a skill shot BA that deals

W - Chi Armor/Infused Armor;
- Chi Armor(passive) Kai Sama gains 5/10/15/20/25 bonus Armor for every 500 bonus mana. Infused Armor(active) Gains a Health Shield of
insert flat amount hereplus the mana cost that lasts 4 seconds(the mana cost scaling is increase to 150% when below 20% max mana). loses passive upon shield breaking or expiration until off CD. // Cost 10% current mana // CD 18 seconds
E - Discharge;
- Passively gains 5/10/15/20/25% mana per 5 and loses 10% of bonus mana. Gains the ability to store upto 10/20/30/40/50% max mana as overcharge when at full(cannot use any abilities except Discharge or Focus Blast when overcharged, cannot gain overcharge at fountain or while homegaurd is active). upon reaching max overcharge, the ability will automatically activate, discharging all overcharge plus it's mana cost. When activated, will discharge overcharge(if any) to deal

R - Focus Blast;
- Charges up a ball of chi, consuming the mana during the charge time(of 1-3 seconds). upon release, will fire the ball towards the cursor upto 900 range, dealing

TL;DR version! He has a mana scaling skill shot BA on Q, Armor per 500 mana passively on W with an active mana cost health shield on W(loses passive like yi E), can Discharge his mana for AOE damage on E, and has a mana scaling channeled Spirit Bomb(yes, this is basically a DBZ rip off) as an Ult. Oh, and if he has mana, he takes reduced magic damage by it damaging his mana bar partially.
