Why play one champion when you can play four

I thought of this a while ago but never really bothered to say anything because it was sort of an out there concept somewhat like Ivern on release but probably more difficult to make. Anyway, I always thought the idea of having a champion that is more than one character permanently was a cool idea. Like some guy who controlled 3 dogs, one for each ability, or something along those lines. Of course that would have it's own balancing and technical issues, not to mention difficulty actually playing but after watching the Sylas Dev Doodles I figured something like that wouldn't be too technically hard to make. I guess it depends on how it's designed though. It's a pretty loose concept but I always thought the concept would make for a cool jungler.

Well, assuming each of the "dogs" you have named can farm (ill give each one a name. Jim, Bob, and Suzie) This would be a very opressive jungler, have Suzie go take your red, Jim take the enemy blue, and you and Bob go gank mid, so basically this champion would essentially be the king of the jungle. While I do think this is something league needs, two champs in one, it would be very oppressive, plus is would have such a skill gap (not to mention we dont have any way of controlling two distinct characters at once, sure we have like shaco Rs, but thats not the same as a separate entity, they would have to change the camera system for this to work)

Isn't there a Dota Champ that plays with 3-4 (?) Clones of himself and is one of the hardest champions, because when one clone dies, the champ dies?

Heroes of the storm has that. 3 individual champions, Q, W, E used an ability for one of them. If one died, you just didn't have that ability until that one respawned.
