Champion Concept/Idea- Mara, Golden Glass Blade

Okay, I can't write this in the Forum. And i need your opinion about her... And this is my OC that is a Noxian living in Zaun

Mara- Dual Blades Assassin

"You wanna prove your better? You wanna prove your Powerful? Well, You need to be brave in order to!" -Mara

Betraying and leaving her Trainer, Kirsten, Mara grew even more dangerous, like other people in Noxus. By using her cleverness, she secretly went to Kirsten's house, and stealing one of Noxus' sharpest and most fragile blades. The Golden Glass Blade. With her father gone, Mara manages to live on her own in a Place called Zaun.

Stats; Health: 375 (+75) Health Regen: 4.4 (+0.5) Mana: 259 (+52) Range: 160 Attck. Dmg: 48 (+5) Attack Speed: 0.645 (+2.65%) Armor: 13 (+3.9) Magic Resistance: 25 (+0.45) Movement Speed: 309

Abilities:

Passive: Golden Glass Blade

Every 5th attack on an enemy champion gives her bonus ad for 5 seconds, this stacks infinitely.

Q:Scar

Mara slashes her target with an empowered blade, exposing them to her other abilities and attacks and reducing their Armour

W:Hidden Hand

Passive:after dealing 48 Physical damage, she gains a spell shield

Active: Pickpocket : When melee attacked, Mara will gain the stats of a random item in the attackers inventory

E: Unseen Blade Expose a champion and go invisible for 3 seconds, upon breaking invisibility she, jumps to the enemy and damages and stuns them. The stun duration is increased if her target is already exposed.

Exposed Enemy: 2.8s Enemy that is not Exposed: 1s

R: Deadly Precision.

Passive: gains 30/40/60%as when attacking an enemy champion that has been exposed.

Active: for 4 seconds, all attack damage gained from her passive is also gained as attack speed and the bonus damage is converted to true damage when attacking exposed targets. The attack speed can pass the limit (up to 4 attacks per second)

Golden Shadow Mara Mara became a Golden Shadow Ninja, who's job is to Destroy and Kill the Shadows that are trying to attack her.

Corrupted Mara A dark Force corrupted Mara. The force may be coming from the Void or the Shadow Isles.

This is my take on the champion, she is very op and basic.

Passive: Gives 5 ad

Q: Poppys E with ad scaling and an unconditional stun.

W: Gain 7 movespeed for 7 seconds

Any stun/immobilize is useless.

E: Gnar e without the bounce

R Part 1: 4.2 second stun, AS steroids and double auto damage

Part 2: Deal 1k damage

This is incredibly op in a 1v1

At level 6 she can stun for 7 seconds straight and deal stupid amounts of damage.

I feel this kit is a bit overpowered....

Lemme give a new kit

Passive: Golden Glass Blade

Active:Shuffle between 3 tricks (like tf pick a card) Tricks last for 3 seconds, or untill they are triggered.

Withdrawal : after being hit by cc, clease it and leap away from the enemy.

Backstab : when the trick runs out, teleport behind an exposed target and attack them for 150% ad, can crit.

Pickpocket : When melee attacked, Mora will gain the stats of a random item in the attackers inventory

I tried to keep the flavour of the abilities but turned her into an assassin based on mobility and secrecy.

Huh... First, I think you have serious problems with English so.. perhaps it is a reason why some skills look as a mess but... No matter how I see, this concept is hilariously broken. The whole thing, I mean. The skills are very basic, actually... All skils are the same, except [W]. But the values are hair raising.

[P] She gains 5 attack damage for every 10th hit? Well um.. Okay. This bonus 5 damage might kill.. a caster minion. Perhaps.

[Q] I hardly can understand this Whatever item she can buy, her duration of her stun will increase from 2.4 seconds, to 3 seconds. Whatever item? If you mean, when she has free slot in her inventory or, when she has no full build (the result is the same), then she actually starts with 3 seconds stun, since you start your game with 1 item and far away from having a full build.

And 3 second stun at level 1? Seriously? It is horribly much even on lvl 5 for an assassin.

[W] Passive: It will debuff any stun or immobilize by any Champion for 3 seconds. What does it mean? Even this applies a stun? Or it makes her immune against stun and immobilizing? Let us say, this skill is "ok"...

[E] Another charge, and it slows for 4 seconds. Same as [Q] but another type of CC...

[R] This is brutally broken. Not enough she charges to target again like [Q] but it also stuns for 4.2 seconds (Which is the highest in the whole game) and she also deals 200% damage to them. Crits would do 400% damage. (even more with infinity edge, but why would you buy it when you would only need atk speed and crit change?)

I do not know what this second phase wanted to be. 240 damage not even kills a minion. Not if anything could survive 4.2 seconds against a master yi clone, building on atk speed and crit chance / armor pen.

And we did not mention the tiny fact, you start with [Q] to stun them for 3 seconds, then you use your ultimate to stun for additional 4.2, for a total of 7.2 second stun. With "full build", 8.5 sec. Sure.

Shortly, this character is far away from being balanced. Not enough she kills everything in 1 v 1, you not even can protect anything from her, cuz her [W] gives protection against stun and immobilizing, like suppression. Perhaps she can be knocked. But I have doubts.

I read all the comments, and let me just say;

I'm not even that good in calculating Damage

I didn't check the other Champions' abilities

And this is my first Hero Concept.

So i will change everything, and take some advise and opinions in the comments...
