Riot please make top lane champion

Ekko can be played top (and probably Tahm Kench too, I haven't checked him out yet). Besides, there are a ton of toplane champions, I don't think we really need a new one.

honeslty all the champions except for bard and kalista that have come out recently can be played top mid jungle or supp which i find odd but dont mind in the slightest, makes champ select a bit of a guessing game as to where are they gonna go

There is no Champion that is bound to any lane. Most champions are preferred in different lanes, but none are bound to any lane. Pretty much every champ can be played any lane. You just have to find out which champion you feel is best in each lane.
