Any Skins Retiring?

With so many skins being out. Will there be any skins retiring in 2015? Also, will there be any new skins coming for Kennen, Ekko, or Blitzcrank?

skins always come and go they just make them legacy skins which you can either buy few days out of the year or get them as a mystery skin
