Alright so I looked at my skins and it looks like some of them have disappeared with out notice! I had a kassiden skin and it is gone and same with an evlyn and trydnamere skin, I still have yet to look at others but needed to ask why some of them are gone.
Try reloading your client. If you were looking in your champion pages and noticing some were missing, it could've just been an error with the store loading your account information.
If you relog and they are still gone, you can submit a Support Ticket and they'll look into it.
Also make sure that you simply hadn't played those skins in ARAM with a Skin Boost, since those are only temporarily available for that match.

Are they missing in the Champion Details Page? If so, this is a known issue. They're only missing in that location and are still usable in game.
