Southern Dandy Tahm Kench

When I saw the alt Skin that shipped with Kench, I thought it was too easy of a skin to create, similarly to making yoshi or Kirby a chef. To me, I always thought an Alt skin that Kench fit into could be him being the opposite of a disheveled dresser, wearing clothing that barely fit. This made me think of a Southern Dandy. He wears a bright white suit that fits perfectly, possibly having a pencil mustache and either an immaculately kept head of hair, or a bright white top hat and a cane in his right hand. B animation would be him pulling out a handkerchief, dabbing the sides of his mouth, saying something like, "absolutely delectable", and jumping into the air and jumping into the ground with a near perfect splash, popping back up at the fountain.

QWER would be the same animations, but the passive would be something like a plate, steak, and knife and fork as the 1,2,3 marking progression. Either that, or having it be Kench when complete, but it being legs, then torso, then head and top hat in a pose.
