Do riot employ's spectate games? How you might be able to fix INT finder (if its a thing :P)

I know there's a bot for inters, but how does that work. I mean, how do you tell the difference of a bad player and an inter through a bot. I think you guys (if not already) should just take in the MMR of a player compare to other players MMR then compare the overall KDA of Players on each team. (if not already) that might help a bot track these sort of things, because a new lvl 30 player shouldn't be in a game with even a bronze 2. So at that point there shouldn't be a (for example) 0/16/7 urgot that's not inting (maybe unless they support ;D). Personally idk if that's how it is or how hard it is to program that but it might be more effective. Worst case scenario you guys take someone who has been reported for int commonly or a 5 plus report, and spectate that game. But there is honestly A LOT of reasons I see you guys never wanting to do that (I don't need to explain). Just a thought :D.[sg-kiko]

Thousands of people are reported for int feeding every day. There is no possible way that riot can look through each individual report and spectate that game.

What I think would be a solution is that if somebody has 15+ or so deaths in a ranked game then they should be temp blocked from ranked for a day or two, and if it happens consistently then they have an evaluation from a riot member to determine if they're toxic players or just genuinely bad.

It would be impossible for Rito to spectate every game that is happening. In the case of reviewing games Rito used to have a system in which players would review cases and get rewards such as IP, RP, etc. etc. However, things got out of hand because people simply just started rushing cases for rewards instead of actually reviewing them.
