Hmm....If you were to actually create this...
Quer'Ren, the High Elementalist
Passive: Elemental Ward Toggle between Wards Storm Ward: Every ability cast will deal [0.2 AP] magic damage to a random enemy in the area. Flame Ward: Surrounding enemies will be burned for [0.12 AP] magic damage every second. Flood Ward: Mana costs are reduced by portion of your missing mana, down to a maximum of 50%. Frost Ward: Ability casts will slow damaged enemies by 8% for 1.5 seconds. This slow stacks.
Q: Lightning Strike Deal ample [0.8 AP] magic damage to a target enemy champion and [0.30 AP] to two enemies near the target.
W: Eruption Deal [0.5 AP] magic damage in a targeted area. The area stays ablaze for 4 seconds, dealing [0.25 AP] magic damage per second.
E: Soak Deal [0.15] magic damage per second for 5 seconds in a cone to all enemies in front of Quer'Ren. Quer'Ren can move while channeling Soak, and enemies damaged by Soak take 4/5/6/7/8% increased damage from Quer'Ren for 7 seconds.
R: Blizzard Massive shards of Ice fall randomly from the heavens in a targeted area dealing [0.65 AP] to every enemy hit by a shard in a small area. 7/10/13 shards will fall, and damage from subsequent shards will only deal 40% damage.
Is that similar to what you were thinking about? Or way off? Ideally, the wards would play some part in the different affects of the abilities like Udyr...or something, but I don't have time for that, haha.
